This year again, excursions with Karel Kleijn, LIFE for MIRES project staff of BUND Bavaria, will offer the opportunity to experience flora and fauna of the mires and wetland habitats in the municipalities of Haidmühle and Philippsreut. The varied programme leads to the orchid and cotton grass flowering, shows valuable mire habitats during the flight time of butterflies and historical cultural landscape forms such as the “watering meadows”.
The 16 excursions from beginning of May to mid of September are described here (in German): Download programme
